India records 18,711 fresh cases, 100 Covid deaths in 24 hours: 10 points

India on Sunday reported 18,711 fresh coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total tally in the country to 1,12,10,799, according to the latest update by Union Health Ministry.

A total of 100 people died due to the infection in the last 24 hours, taking the Covid-19 death toll in the country to 1,57,756.

With this, the total number of active Covid-19 cases in the country stood at 1,84,523, the Union Health Ministry said.
