Taking a lead in resolving the diplomatic crisis with Pakistan, India has reportedly invited Pakistan commerce minister for informal WTO ministerial meeting taking place in Delhi on March 19-20.

As reported by the English Daily, The Indian Express the step to invite Pakistan has come after a meeting which took place between the National Security advisers of both the countries in December last year and after the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) threatened to isolate Pakistan over the weekend if it didn’t stop using terrorism as an instrument of state policy.

The continuous ceasefire violations, protecting leaders of terrorist organization JeM by Pakistan has made it a rogue nation not only for India but for other countries.

Last year after an attack by Pakistan on Indian military base in Pathankot India ensured the cancellation of SAARC summit which was going to take place in Pakistan. India persuaded all SAARC nations to cancel the summit in Pakistan.

As Malik is said to have accepted the invitation which makes it very obvious that he will meet the commerce minister Suresh Prabhu but it is not sure that Malik will come face to face with Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
