New Delhi, January 16: The cow is the only animal that inhales and exhales oxygen, says Rajasthan education minister Vasudev Devnan while speaking at the Hingonia Goshala for an event organised by Akshay Patra.  

The BJP Minister who is listed as an Engineer on the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly web portal share a series of phony truths to articulate his speech for the cause of Gau Mata.

Citing a profound need to understand the scientific significance of preserving cows, Devyani said: Gai ekmatra prani hai jo oxygen grahan karta hai, aur oxygen hi chodta hai.

While urging youth to spread the message and play a major role in promoting conservation of the animal in the country, he rolled out “scientific reasons” to protect cows.

As per United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation report published in 2006, the livestock sector generates more greenhouse gas emissions than the transport sector. But the defiant minister said: Cow dung has an ample quantity of Vitamin B, which results in soaking radioactivity.

He further informed the audience that general weakness, a weak nervous system and insomnia are caused by the deficiency of Vitamin B and thus Cow dung can heal these ailments. He said you could be healed of diseases like cold and flu by just being near to a Cow.

The benefits of cow urine as medicine are known to all. The burning of cow dung makes the environment free of harmful micro-organisms and mosquitoes and removes the stink, making the place fit for living,” he said. The minister reiterated the need to adopt the use of gas plants based on cow dung to meet energy demands.

Slamming society for ignoring scientific and spiritual significance of cows in order to appear modern the BJP Minister said: It is very distressing that people have forgotten the traditional and scientific value of cows. It is the duty of society, especially the youngsters, to come forward and preserve cows as they work hard for cleanliness and global warming.

Owing to scientific reasons listed by Rajasthan education minister Vasudev Devnan, we would not be surprised if soon we see cows being domesticated at each Rajasthan University and Government office to bear the benefits and spread the HOLY MESSAGE.
