Hindu Mahasabha asks Triple Talaq victims to join Hinduism for justice

Agra, April 14: The solution to Triple Talaq awaits in the Court of law and political slugfest over the social evil has turned into a religious battle.

While the All India Muslim Personal Law Board have asked all the parties involved to stay away from the matter as they will end the triple talaq in 1.5 Years, the Hindu ideologists are adamant to get resolution as earliest.

In an unusual act of empathy to Muslim women, Hindu Mahasabha held a ‘Muslim Nari Utthan Yagya’, and its activists took an oath to fight against triple talaq.

HM General Secretary Dr Pooja Shakun Pandey after the ceremony has offered the victims of Triple Talaq and Nikah Halala a quick solution. She urged the victims to join Hinduism if they wanted justice.

“If our government and law can’t give you justice, we will ensure you do,” Pandey said, after completing the Yagya. She also said all converted women will be treated as daughters and self-respect and dignity would be saved for them.

Replying to Pandey’s quirky solution for Triple Talaq victims, UP state President of All India Muslim Women Personal Law Board, Dr Sheerin Masroor “If they really want to do something they should counsel them, educate them, boost their morale and make them self-dependent.

Social activist, Maria Alam responded in a more stern way and said that before preaching such conversion solutions, the “Hindu protagonist” should first eradicate evils like dowry, female foeticide and physical harassment of women in their religion.

She said “We are also inviting hindu women who are victim of dowry or harassment to convert to Islam.”

She said if changing religion was the solution to such problems then it would have started years ago.
