Dehradun, March 16: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that Guaranteed Minimum Income will be provided to every Indian citizen if voted to the power.

Besides this, Gandhi promised food processing units to poor farmers, while addressing Parivartan Rally in Dehradun.

The Congress leader also cornered Prime Minister Narendra Modi over host of issues including Demonetisation , Rafale Deal , GST and others.

“In Parliament, I questioned Mr. Modi on #RafaleScam. Why was Anil Ambani given the deal? Why did you steal the job opportunities from our youth? Narendra Modi could not meet my eyes”, he said.

“Nirav Modi fled from India with ₹35,000 Crore public money. England government wrote to our govt offering help to catch the economic offender, but PM Modi did not respond”.

The AICC Chief also attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Prime Minister for removing BJP MP B C Khanduri, from the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defence.

“Khanduri ji was the Chairman of Parliament’s Defence Committee. He was removed from the position by Narendra Modi, because he raised concerns in the Parliament on national security. There is no place for truth in BJP”, he told the gathering.

Later in a day, Gandhi visited the residence of CRPF ASI Mohan Lal who lost his life in terrorist attack on CRPF convoy in Pulwama on February 14.
