New Delhi, June 21: Yoga has been recognised as one of the golden keys to achieve good health and feeling of rejuvenation.

The fourth edition of International Yoga Day is being celebrated across the world on Thursday.

Traditionally, yoga is a form of exercise that involves physical and spiritual disciplines to promote wellness. Usually, it is practised in a quiet ambience, clean air and with some meditative chants.

In December 2014, the United Nations General Assembly declared June 21 as the International Day of Yoga.
