Agartala, Feb 8: While campaigning in Tripura ahead of the February 18 Assembly polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said we are focussing on 3Ts – Trade, Tourism, Training of the youth so that they get opportunities to shine.
The Prime Minister was addressing a rally at Sonamura in Sipahijala district. Later in a day, he will address a rally at Kailasahar in Unakoti district.
“Tripura wants to achieve new heights of glory. People here aspire for more and better employment opportunities”, he asserted.
Modi stated the government here has built an atmosphere of fear among the people who speak against them.

“Scams like the ‘Rose Valley’ have ruined the poor in Tripura. Those who looted the poor must be brought to book”.
In view of Modi’s rallies, tight security arrangements have been put in place in the state.
Addressing poll rallies in Kumarghat and Kailasahar, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar had said that in the regime of BJP-led ruling government, the rate of unemployment was increasing and that the Centre was not filling up vacancies remained in the government departments.
The Assembly Elections in Tripura are scheduled to be held on February 18 and the counting will take place on March 3.
