A number of people have reportedly been injured after an attacker opened fire inside a gay nightclub Pulse Orlando in the Florida city of Orlando, police say.
Orlando Police say they are responding to a shooting at a nightclub in southern Florida.

On the otherhand, Nightclub Pulse Orlando also posted a note to its own Facebook page that said:
The attacker is reported to still be inside the Pulse Club and to have taken hostages.
A bomb squad and hazardous material team are at the scene, the Associated Press reports. Orlando Police say they carried out a controlled explosion.
The incident follows the deadly shooting of YouTube sensation and former contestant on “The Voice” Christina Grimmie, who was killed after her concert in Orlando by a Florida man who later killed himself.
