Varanasi, June 20 : An FIR has been registered against UK-based Singer Hard Kaur for her social media posts in which she called Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat as terrorist and Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath as rapist.
Singer Taran Kaur Dhillon, better known by her stage name Hard Kaur termed Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath ‘orange rapeman’ and called RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat a ‘terrorist and racist’ and blamed them for all terrorists attack in India including 26/11, Pulwama terror attack.
Hard Kaur attacked Mohan Bhagwat, chief of the RSS in her post on June 17, and called him a terrorist and racist. The caption following an image of Mohan Bhagwat read, “He is responsible for all terrorist attacks in India including 26/11, Pulwama Attack. The face of all problems in India. Constitutional casteism is a crime. You were banned by Sardar Patel ji after Gandhi’s murder by Godse. You are not a Nationalist.”
FIR has been registered in Varanasi under sections 124A (sedition), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on ground of religion, etc), 500 (defamation), 505 (statements conducing to public mischief) of IPC and section 66 of IT Act.
She wrote about Ajay Singh Bisht aka Adityanath, she alleged that he was a rapist.
