New Delhi, Nov 14 : Did you observe google today has a lively greenery nature doodle with children sitting on the word? Well, it is because Google India is celebrating Children’s Day across the country.
This lively doodle was drawn by an 11-year-old from Pune, Anvita Prashant Telang, who won the ‘Doodle 4 Google’ contest this year. Under the theme “If I could teach anyone anything, it would be” Anvita submitted it to google this year. In her drawing, she tried to put across the message of “enjoy every moment of your life”.
The sixth standard girl of Vibgyor High School in Balewadi loves to draw and wanted to showcase “how to value little and simple things in our lives as they are great sources of happiness”. She believes people need to slow down to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
Did you know that this day also marks the Birthday of our dear Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India ? This 14 November is also known as Bal Diwas. Chacha Nehru loved children and the day is a tribute to him.
Celebrate the child in you as you remember this day.
