New Delhi, Aug 30: Congress President Rahul Gandhi has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of intentionally imposing Demonetisation on Indian citizens to help 15-20 crony capitalists so that they can convert their black money into white, who in turn will assist in the marketing of Modi.
