New Delhi, July 16: Delhiite are facing trouble of traffic jam inspite of the pleasant weather with a fresh rainy Saturday morning taking the minimum temperature down at 24.3 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season’s average, the weather office lamented.
At Delhi’s ITO ares, heavy traffic congestion is reported due to continuous rainfall. Water logging situation also arose in AIIMS flyover.From the last nine hours, the national capital has received 43 mm rainfall.
“The sky would remain cloudy throughout the day. Moderate rainfall and thunder showers were likely to occur in many places,” an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to reach 30 degrees Celsius, the official said.
As per Met forecast, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. on Friday was recorded at 100 per cent.Friday’s minimum temperature was settled at 26 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season’s average while maximum temperature settled at 32.7 degree Celsius, two notches below the season’s average.
