Delhi: Girls at shelter home in Dwarka Tortured, Abused

New Delhi, Dec 29: Young girls were tortured, beaten up and abused at a shelter home for girls run by an NGO in Delhi’s Dwarka.

Delhi Commission for Women Chief Swati Maliwal on Saturday told media “At one of the shelter homes in Dwarka, Delhi, girls were tortured, they were beaten up and two of the girls who are just 6-7 years of age, chilli powder was inserted into the private parts, to punish them.
