Meanwhile, Senior Party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad stated ” Under Modi government, nobody is safe. Everybody is having a sleepless night”.

Even the press is not safe. What they want to write, they cannot. What I want to write, I cannot”, he alleged.

The nation’s security does not only mean the territorial integrity of the country but also peace and harmony, which is least at the moment

Targetting Modi government over the unrest in the valley, Azad said “Kashmir is the state which was exploited the most by Modi ji. The highest no. of army men and security forces were killed in the last four years. The highest number of civilians have been killed. The highest no. of ceasefire violations have taken place”.

On contemporary media scenario, he stated Journalists are getting threats from the associates of the ruling party. The ones who were supposed to protect the countrymen and media persons are in fact threatening the same people.

Azad also cornered Centre over black money, saying the Prime Minister failed to get back black money. And the white money of the common man was also sent abroad through Vijay Mallya, Lalit Modi, and Nirav Modi.

“PM Modi’s recent visit to China is very mysterious. We have had this earlier also in the case of Pakistan. Is our PM so free that he can visit countries without agendas?”, he asked.

On the other hand,  All India Mahila Congress. National Spokesperson AICC, Sushmita Dev attacked the Prime Minister for his silence on rape incidents.

“PM Modi had raised the issue of women’s safety. Today, when rape incidents are taking place, PM Modi is silent”, she said.

In reference to Unnao Rape Case, the Congress leader stated Today, the women have only one slogan, which will be chanted in 2019 as well – ‘BJP Ke Netaon Se Beti Bachao’.

As the saffron party is celebrating its fourth anniversary by reaching out to people and highlighting government achievements, the Congress has termed the day as ‘Betrayal Day’.
