CBSE Paper leak culprits won’t be spared, says HRD Minister

New Delhi, March 29: Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar on Thursday said probe into the CBSE paper leak is underway and the culprits would not be spared.

Speaking to Media, Javadekar said “This is a very unfortunate development, I understand the pain the parents and students have to go through. Whoever is involved in the paper leak will not be spared, police will soon arrest the culprits. I could not sleep, I am also a parent”.

Meanwhile, scores of students agitated at Jantar Mantar against the leak seeking justice.

On the other hand, Delhi School Association President Ramesh Chand Jain stated that government should put culprits behind the bars. The first step they should take is set the system right. CBSE chairman should at least give a statement, why hasn’t she spoken to students & parents? This’s condemnable

The Central Board of Secondary Examination on Wednesday announced that it will re-conduct the maths and economics exams for Class 10 and Class 12 respectively following the leak of question papers.

With CBSE’s decision more than 28 lakh students have been affected.

The economics exam was conducted on March 26 and Maths on March 27.

However, the question papers for both the subjects were found widely circulated on WhatsApp.
