CBI court acquits Yeddyurappa in bribery case

Bengaluru, Oct 26, 2016: Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP State president B.S. Yeddyurappa was today acquitted of charges of accepting bribes in the Bellary mining case, by a CBI special court.

After the acquittal from the case, Yeddyurappa took to twitter and tweeted:

He said:

Yeddyurappa was indicted for colluding in illegal iron-ore mining in the mineral-rich district of Bellary in August 2011.
