Budget Session: Both the houses adjourned after ruckus

New Delhi, March 13: As Budget Session entered to its seventh day, the proceedings began on a stormy note the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud, special status for Andhra Pradesh, Aadhaar linking and other issues. 

Since the second leg of the Budget Session began which began on March 5, has been a complete washout so far.

As today also, both the has been disrupted after the opposition created a ruckus over the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud and other issues, prompting Speaker Sumitra Mahajan to adjourn the first House till 12 p.m and Rajya till 2 pm.

Members from different parties trooped near the Speaker’s podium, raising slogans on different issues, including the banking irregularities.

Later, the Lok Sabha adjourned for the day.
