BJP’s game plan to dismantle Samajwadi Party boomerangs

Amar Singh being rewarded with ‘Z’ category security instantly after the split of Samajwadi Party into two factions was sufficient to bring home to Mulayam Singh Yadav the damage being caused within the party as it was BJP president Amit Shah’s game plan and therefore was meant to adversely effect the electoral fortunes of the Samajwadi Party.

In order to convey a message to the UP electorate that Samajwadi Party was not in any way swayed by the BJP, Mulayam has hastily announced that he had no differences with his son and that Akhilesh Yadav will be the chief ministerial candidate for 2017 assembly elections.

These developments may benefit the chances of BSP coming out victorious in UP elections. Another aspect of these developments will prove favourable to the Congress -RLD alliance which are likely to join hands with Akhilesh Yadav.

The BJP stands exposed with their designs to dismantle Samajwadi Party and it has come out in the open that BJP’s only agenda is to create a rift in the major regional Party of the state in order to gain power in Uttar Pradesh and people are now aware that BJP have no development agenda for the state at all.

Akhilesh vision aimed at consolidating the secular votes of the state to defeat the communal forces represented by BJP once and for ever.

This will also give a final blow to the elements within the Samajwadi party who were hobnobbing with the top brass of the BJP.

The election commission will soon take a call on the issue of party symbol ‘cycle’ and in all likelihood he may freeze the symbol for the party.

Moreover BJP chances in UP assembly elections become more remote as party workers have failed to consolidate votes at the micro level and Amit Shah has ordered RSS to unleash Sadhus and other Hindutva leaders who are issuing controversial statements to give a communal colour to the elections. While senior BJP leaders within the party in Uttar Pradesh are unhappy as the final say rest with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah. And BJP has been left to fight the elections without any projection of the chief ministerial candidate.

This shows that BJP is without any direction besides there is no Modi wave in the state rather demonetization has created huge problems by way of shutting down of manufacturing units, small and medium enterprises, rampant joblessness in the rural as well as the urban areas.

In all likelihood, the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament if not satisfied with RBI governor Urjit Patel and top finance ministry officials, will summon Prime Minister Narendra Modi to explain reasons behind demonetisation, its impact on economy and restricting people from withdrawing their own money in violation of Constitutional provisions.
