‘BJP may call early Bihar assembly elections and dump Nitish’

Tejashvi Yadav

Patna, July 5: RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Thursday said the Bharatiya Janata Party may dump the Nitish Kumar-led JD(U) ahead of the 2019 polls, asked party workers to be prepared for both Lok Sabha and Bihar assembly elections.

While addressing party workers at the RJD’s 22nd foundation day, Tejashwi stated “Ho sakta hai BJP humare chacha(Nitish Kumar) ko last mein aakar dump kar de, aur Lok Sabha ka chunav aur Bihar ka chunav ek samay pe ho jaye, toh taiyaar rahiye”.

“Some people are trying to create a narrative here that BJP will not be defeated till JDU comes back in Mahagatbandhan”.

They(BJP-JDU) recently lost a number of bypolls in Bihar, so what happened then?, he asked.

Earlier, Tejashwi’s elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav felicitated a crown to him.

Speaking at the event, Tej said “I will bless Tejashwi, felicitate him with a mukut, some people create rift between us,” Tej Pratap added. (Tejashwi ko abhi aur aage badhna hai, badhte jaana hai, jo log jalte hain jalne dijiye. Hum aashirwad denge Tejashwi ko, mukut pehenayenge. Kuch log darare paida karte hain humare beech).
