On Monday, CPI-M General Secretary Sitaram Yechury allegedly accused the Bhartiya Janta Party for betraying the people throughout of its three years in power.
Yechury told media, BJP have failed to fulfill promises which they had made before coming to the power.
Bharatiya Janata Party had promised to provide two crore new job opportunities every year, but no jobs have been provided yet while numbers of people are losing their jobs, CPI-M leader added.
While referring to Industrial schemes like Making India, Start up India and many more, he said no significant investment has been made in the last three years.
Not only this, Yechury , emerged BJP completion of three years in power as “celebration of failure and betrayal”.
Yechury also criticised the government over suicide of farmers, he said 12,000 to 16,000 farmers committed suicide every year since 2014.
He also accused the central government of betraying Parliament, the country and its people by not fulfilling its own assurance.
Yechury called cow vigilantes, anti- romeo squads and other indulging in moral policing in Uttar Pradesh as private armies and said in the name of protecting laws, they are killing Dalits and members of the minority community.
He demanded for an immediate ban on all these private armies as they are terrorising the people.
