Bihar: Naxals attack Masudan Railway Station, abduct two staff officials

Patna, Dec 20: A group of Naxals attacked the Masudan Railway Station in Bihar on Tuesday late night and abducted the Assistant Station master and one other official.

According to news agency ANI,  the assistant station master, who has been kidnapped, called up Maldah DRM saying Naxals have threatened to kill them if trains continue plying on Masudan track.

Railway officials have requested all passengers to take other alternatives as a precautionary measure.

However, no casualties have been reported yet and no official statement from the railway authorities has been issued regarding the incident.
