Bihar: ED attaches properties of Naxal leader

Gaya, Aug 11: The Enforcement Directorate on Friday attached the movable and immovable properties of Bihar and Jharkhand Naxal leader Sandeep Yadav, in Gaya and Aurangabad district. 

As a part of the inspection, the ED officials visited Sandeep’s village in Gaya and took a possession of land around 18.75 decimal, which is owned by the Naxal leader’s brother Dhanik Lal Yadav.

After sealing the property, the probe agency team posted a notice on the wall restricting people from purchasing the disputed land.

Sandeep is wanted in several Maoists related activities and carries a bounty of Rs 5 lakh and Rs 25 lakh by Bihar and Jharkhand governments respectively.
