Lucknow, Sep 29: Reacting to the death of an Apple store employee Vivek Tiwari, Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Minister Dharampal Singh said that the bullets are hitting only those who are criminals.
“Encounter me aisi koi galti nahi hui. Usi ko goli lag rahi hai jo vaastav mein criminal hai. Nyay sabko, jo galti karega usko dand milega”, he told ANI.

On the other hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated “It was not an encounter. An investigation will be conducted in this incident”, adding If needed, we will order a CBI inquiry into the incident.
A young Apple executive was shot dead by a Uttar Pradesh constable on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday.
In connection with this, two constables have been arrested.
The constable and his colleague have been dismissed from service and sent to jail, the police said.
In the meantime, the victim’s family is demanding a CBI probe into the incident. In this regard, Tiwari’s wife also wrote a letter to Adityanath.
