New Delhi, Sep 19: Yet another MLA of Aam Aadmi Party is booked after a minor scuffle over an issue of road construction on Monday .
Police have registered a case for criminal intimidation and using force against AAP Tughlakabad lawmaker Sahiram Pehalwan following complaints of Yogendra Bidhuri.
Pehalwan has been booked under Sections 324 (Voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, police said.
Pehalwan, considered a heavyweight in the AAP, had joined the Arvind Kejriwal-led party after resigning from Bahujan Samaj Party.
Earlier AAP MLA Amanutullah Khan was booked for sexual harassment after complaints of his sister-in-law.
