“Will begin our movement in last week of this year, or first week of next year” he added.
Recently he penned a letter to Modi and threatening to start fresh agitations in the national capital demanding implementation of Lokayukta and Lokpal.
” He would continue campaign in Delhi till Lokayukta isn’t appointed & Swaminathan Report isn’t implemented” Hazare said in a letter.
“It has been six years of a historical movement that aimed for corruption-free India. But even after six years, the government has not drafted a definitive law to end corruption,” he asserted.
“For three years now, I kept reminding your government on the appointment of Lokpal and Lokayukts as well as on the welfare of farmers, but you neither replied to my letters nor took any action” , he further said.
However, today Hazare accused Modi of failing to keep his promise of creating a corruption-free India, saying he had done “nothing” to enforce the Lokpal Bill.
He said he would launch another agitation on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s 148th birth anniversary from Rajghat,
After paying tribute to the Father of the Nation on the eve of Mahatma Gandhi’s 148th birth anniversary, Scoial Hazare sat on a day long hunger strike as a precursor to the protest.
