Akhilesh breaks down, says will not form a new party


Amid the unrest in the Samajwadi Party, the major party leaders find a common platform in the party office at Lucknow to discuss the ongoing rift.

Shivpal Yadav arrived first at the party office following him Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and SP national president Mulayam Singh Yadav also arrived at the party office.

Minutes after their arrival, the clash between the supporters of Akhilesh and Shivpal sparked and continued with the cross-sloganeering outside the SP office at Lucknow.

Emotional Akhilesh addresses the party workers

While addressing the SP workers at the party office and rejecting the confusion about him forming a new party, Akhilesh Yadav asserted that “Who are saying that I will form a new party? I have many responsibilities…Some people are trying to spread confusion in the SP.”

Akhilesh narrated that he will act against the conspiracy against him and while giving the explanation on the ‘removals’ from the cabinet, he stated that it is his responsibility to remove those who conspire against him and thus, he did not ask anyone else regarding the same.

“I will stop those who conspire against me,” said the CM.

Akhilesh Yadav broke down during his speech and with an emotional voice he orated that “I fulfilled the promises I made to Netaji.” Voicing his loyalty towards his father he said that he would have resigned if Netaji (Mulayam Singh) wanted the same.

Targeting Amar Singh again, without naming him, he said that there are some people who are trying to create a rift in the party.

Akhilesh Yadav gave an intense and emotional speech and addressed the party workers clearing the confusion of him forming a new party and declaring his loyalty towards Mulayam Singh.
