May 22 , Monday : Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi , summoned sacked AAP leader Kapil Mishra on Monday to join the probe in the alleged Rs 400 crore water tanker scam.
“We have called Kapil Mishra at 11 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday) for questioning,” ACB Chief Mukesh Kumar Meena told IANS.
on May 17 , ACB had questioned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s political adviser Vibhav Patel over alleged water tanker scam.
Prior to this , The ACB had summoned Patel on May 14 following Mishra’s allegation which states Patel and Ashish Talwar who were close aide of Kejriwal, were responsible for the delay in action in the water tanker scam.
During interrogation, Patel had refuted his involvement in the scam. So, the board has called sacked AAP leader Kapil Mishra for further inquiry in the matter.
Earlier , On May 11 , Mishra had recorded his statement with the ACB , after he submitted evidence supporting his allegations.
