4.3 earthquake strikes Kumamoto prefecture in Japan

A 4.3-magnitude earthquake shook Kumamoto prefecture on Sunday at around 10:08pm local time, according to a statement by the Japan Meteorological Agency.

The epicenter was at a depth of about 10km, with no risk of tsunami. In April, a 7-magnitude quake hit the city of Kumamoto, leaving at least 49 dead and around 3,000 injured.
