Delhi, 22 Dec: A moderate fog was witnessed in the national capital on Thursday.
At least 33 trains are running behind their schedule and three rescheduled due to fog and other operational reasons.
In Uttar Pradesh also, a thick blanket of fog envelops Lucknow, Moradabad and other areas with cold wave conditions continue to prevail.
