32 flights diverted from Delhi airport due to low visibility

New Delhi, Nov 3: Thirty-two flights were diverted from Delhi airport on November 3 morning due to low visibility caused by pollution.
All category-2 compliant pilots are able to operate, Airport officials said.

” Due to bad weather, flight operations affected since 9 am at Terminal-3 of Delhi Airport. 12 flights have been diverted to Jaipur, Amritsar and Lucknow,” An Air India spokesperson said.

“Total 32 flights have been diverted from Delhi airport on Sunday morning due to bad weather,” they said.

When asked if it can be said that “bad weather” is actually the pollution, the spokesperson replied in affirmative.
