3 Madrassa students beaten up for refusing to chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’

Three students of a Madrassa in Delhi  have alleged that they were beaten up by a group of men for refusing to chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ and Jai Mata Ki’. The incident took place on March 26 in the Ramesh Enclave area of outer Delhi.

A 17-year-old Muslim boy sustained a fracture and two of his fellow Madrasa students were injured in the attack.

The group of  men who thrashed the boys have not been identified, the police are looking into the matter and complaint has not been registered .

The injured, Dilkash, Ajmal and Naeem, were discharged after treatment.

Dilkash told the police that he along with his friends were taking a stroll in the park when five men came  and aske dthem to chant Bharat Mata ki Jai and when they refused to comply , the men strated thrashing them
